I felt comfortable and welcome in the waiting room and it didn’t stop after my initial visit. The day of surgery was just as comforting. Dr. Kramer and her staff answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed when asking multiple questions regarding my procedure. They actually care about your issue at hand and take the time to explain whatever questions you have and do it with a great attitude and positivity. I had an accident during the Covid-19 shut downs where my front tooth was knocked loose. Luckily, I found Dr. Kramer who was still open. She did a phenomenal job on my extraction and bone graph. Her and her staff took all precautions necessary and followed the guidelines of Covid-19 to be safe during the procedure. I did not even feel anything and was pleasantly surprised when she told me it was over! Highly recommend for anyone facing an extraction.

The patient care was excellent. This was my first visit, based on a recommendation from my dentist. I was diagnosed by my dentist as having a loose crown over an implant. Each team was caring, engaging, and explained every step they took to identify the issue and develop a course of treatment. Each member of the team took time to explain what they were doing and why, so that when it came time for me to make any decision, I was well informed. I was impressed and appreciate the quality of care I received.

My dentist had referred me another periodontist for an infected tooth and for treatment due to periodontal disease...that was mid February I called the other clinic and they made an appointment for the 3/17/21 unfortunately the infection kept getting worse. I called Dr. Kramer’s office and Daniel was super kind and was able to get me seen today (3/4/21) at 10am. From the moment I walked to the moment I walked out it was an amazing experience. Daniel was even nicer in person. The dental assistants were so sweet and attentive. Dr Kramer was very kind and informative. Explained the procedure step by step. She called me a few hours after I got home to see how I was doing. The facility was clean and inviting. If I could give Dr. Kramer and her staff more than 10 stars I definitely would!!
